This simple website is dedicated for my friends and colleagues who lost their life while performing their duties, and those who witnessed that day and survived.
هذا الموقع المتواضع مهدى الى اصدقائي وزملائي اللذين فارقوا الحياه اثناء تأديتهم للواجب، وكذلك اللذين شهدوا هذا اليوم الأليم ونجوا.
On August 19, 2003, twenty-two UN Staff members lost their lives at the UN Headquarter in Baghdad in a suicide attack.
A tireless campaign led by bereaved families and survivors, to seek the original accidental death verdicts is still ongoing until ordering a new inquests to get justice.
Our thoughts are always with those who continue to be affected by the tragedy and the 22 beloved friends and colleagues who went to do their duties and never came home.
Never forgotten.
